San Matias Apartments

Located in the midst of the historical centre of Granada , in the Realejo district, quite near from Plaza Nueva and perfectly communicated with the Alhambra . We invite you to discover the most interesting parts of our city.

We are in a beautiful building of the beginning of the 20th century, which was fully refurbished in the year 2004.

We have at your disposal 10 apartments very carefully furnished that will make of your stay in Granada unforgetable.

You can use any of the three parkings lots which are situated 300 metres from the apartments. (See city map above).

The apartments are fully air-conditioned, consisting of lounge, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.

Louge : Roomy, with a dining area, double sofa bed, armchair, TV., shelves/book case, and everything which will afford you a long and comfortable stay.

Bedroom : Equiped with the highest comfort. Two single beds, sizeable wardrobe, bedside tables with functional lamps.

Bathroom : tiled in marble and fully equiped i.e. hair dryer, bath screen and everything you need for your daily higene.

Kitchen : With fridge, microwave oven, cooker and washing machine/dishwasher, cutlery, crockery and glassware for 4 people.

RESERVATION

You must pay 50% of amount in advance through the bank , or giving us your credit card number and its expiration date. The rest of the bill will be paid on arrival.

CONDITIONS:

Weekends and Spanish bank holidays, the house is rented for 2 days minimum. Other special dates, please contact with reception.

Animals are not allowed

During your stay, do not disturb other clients, specially on late hours.

If once taken up the apartment, you wish to cancel the whole or partially of the stay, you won´t be paid back for the nights that you will not use.

A payment of 100€ deposit is necessary before receiving the apartment's key, which will be remboursed on departure, once having verified the apartment´s inventry and the cleanliness conditions of the apartment.

The apartment will be at your disposal from 14:00h of arrival day till 12:00h of departure day.

The management direction is not responsible of client's values inside the apartments.

After 12pm of the departure day, we don't keep any luggage at our left-luggage room.

When you get apartment's key, you will sign this conditions and you will get an invoice with the total amount and the deposit.
